Most of these drawings represent the framework for my simple, flat “people paintings”, which I became known for early on. Many were proposals for client commissions, which I currently do not take. Quite often I would end up liking something about the drawings–the line quality, the ghost images, and eraser marks–more than the finished work. (Tips: Hover over the top of the frame for controls.
